Holy freaking crap!! I worked out 2, YES I said T-W-O 2 days in a row.

Breakfast: Grapenuts, soy milk, whole wheat mini bagel with cream cheese and orange juice.

Then I did a 30 minute workout on Fit Tv and drank a bottle of water.

Later: lemon yogurt.

Lunch: hot dog on whole wheat bun, baked lays chips and a diet rite

later: a handful of pretzels

dinner: lasagna made with whole wheat noodles, ground veal, mushrooms, ricotta, and a mix of mozzarella, parmesan, asiago cheese. I had a salad with romain, spinach, orange bell pepper, cucumber, parmesan cheese, croutons, sunflower seeds and light ranch.
I also had a bottle of water.

Later: 3/4 of a grapefruit.

UGH! I see it's been over a week since I've posted. Mostly thats because i ate poorly.
Saturday was good. The chosen foods not so great, but portions are great. If I can tell you the next day what I ate then thats good. That means i didn't nibble all day.
So here it goes.

Breakfast: Healthy heart cereal with soy milk, whole wheat mini bagel with 1/3 less fat cream cheese and hot green tea. I took my vitamin too.

I did a cardio workout.

Lunch: Chinese-low mein, mushrooms, egg roll, chicken on a stick, 2 rangoons, chocolate ice cream, diet coke and a fortune cookie.

Later: a 20oz bottle of lemon aid

Dinner: 1 kogel hotdog on a whole wheat bun with ketchup, onion and relish and 2 piles mac-n-cheese. I had a diet coke.

later: one fudge bar

later before bed: a bowl of pretzels.

I'm not sure how much water I had. It wasn't much though, maybe 1 1/2 bottles.

Today sucked emotionally.
Daniel said and did somethings that really hurt, although I'm not sure he realized that.
Any how, I didn't cave and eat my way out it, for the most part.

Breakfast: 2 whole grain english muffins with butter and earl grey tea

later: 2 macadamia nut cluster

lunch: Arby's-philly beef and swiss, curly fries and a diet coke

snack: collectively, about 3 home made low fat lemon poppy seed muffins

later: an orange

Dinner: this yummy Thing i made, this is what was in it-turkey kielbasa, cooked brown rice, black beans, onion, green pepper, corn, garlic, diced tomato, salt, pepper, cumin...I think thats all, oh we topped it with a small dollop of sour cream and cheese. We had steamed snow peas and a salad that had romain, spinach, orange pepper, cucumber, cheese, croutons and lite done right italian dressing.
Had a diet rite with it

Did a yoga stretch dvd.

snack: toasted whole wheat tortilla with hummus

I'm not sure how much water I've had, I think it was 2 bottles, maybe three.

Today was very good

Breakfast: a homemade egg mcmuffin-1 egg, 1 slice canadian bacon, 1 slice 2% cheese on a whole wheat english muffin and a cup of green tea

then I worked out to my new DVD-Yoga for weight loss for Dummies. I loved it.Vigorous enough to break a sweat, challanging but it didn't kill me. I highly recomend it.

snack: a bottle of water and a handful of almonds

Lunch: peanut butter-banana sandwich-1 Tbs. natural peanut butter 1/2 a banana, then I ate the rest of it for my dessert! Wait, I had a macadamia cluster for dessert! :> I also had a handful of baked Lays and washed it all down with a cup of soy milk. Thats the first time I've had soy milk, it wasn't too bad.

Had some more water

snack: apple

dinner: Applebees- side salad with Lite Ranch dressing, 1/2 of my Bourbon street steak and the onions and mushrooms that were on top, garlic mashed potato and garlic bread. I had diet pepsi to drink.

snack: Aymee's left over salad with lite ranch, 2 prunes and some water.

Yesterday wasn't too bad!
Breakfast: a bowl of wheaties, banana and skim milk.

Lunch:Sami's gyro, a few fries and a diet coke

dinner: a lean cuisine spinch, mushroom pizza-it was good but meager and I was STARVIN when I ate it.

later dinner #2: a 1/4 pound olive burger, a BIG handful of Baked Lays chips, 1 onion ring to taste :> diet 7-up and a fudge bar.

I don't know how much water I had. I do know that it wasn't alot.

I don't think I had many snacks either. I know I had some fruity tootsie rolls but I believe thats all.

I weighed this morning.....all I can say is holy fucking hell! I'm up to 209!!
I've been eating very well today.

Breakfast: 1 banana
1 T. raisens
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. fat free milk
Put all into a medium sized microwave safe bowl and mix well. Cook for about 2-4 minutes depending on how thick you like it.
It was so yummy. I had a cup of green tea with it.

Lunch: 3oz tuna, 1T. mayo, 1 stalk of celery, a bit of onion, romain and half a pickle on toasted whole wheat bread. I also had with it some sun dried tomato and basil flavored wheat thins and an iced tea.

snack: had a cup of milk, then a little while later a fudge bar. Those are only 100 calories!! I never knew! I guess assumed it to basically be ice cream therefore it must be bad!

Dinner: Barilla Plus penne (thats good stuff too! The taste and it good for ya!) Some ground veal, mushrooms and onion in some spaghetti sauce. Salad with romain, spinach, grated carrot, fresh mushrooms, croutons, parmesean cheese topped with LIght Done Right Italian.

So far I've had 3 bottles of water. I'm sure I'll snack on something later.

I started my day off eating shit and the rest of the day followed.
Lets see if I can remember anything
Breakfast:steak bagel and a diet coke
2nd breakfast:glazed doughnut
elevensis:small amount of chips and dip
lunch: 1 piece of pizza from Papa shitty, and a ton of cheese bread sticks dipped in that sinfully tasty garlic butter with a diet vanilla coke
later:a hershey
later again:this chocolate almond thing-small from a box of chocolates
later: another one
iced tea
a bottle of water
dinner: a bowl of ham and bean soup and toasted whole wheat bread with butter
later:macaroni salad
later again: a bland orange and another bottle of water.

I think that is all...

I know that keeping a journal of what I eat and maybe why I ate it and when I workout is one of the best things I could do for myself. It's just so tedious. I have to log it as soon as i eat it or I'll forget it all.

Breakfast: CoCo wheats flavored with Splenda, 1 piece of whole wheat toast with butter, cup of milk, multivitamin and an orange.

I would like to do some yoga today. My body has been achy all over due to a rotten bed and that wonderful time of the month. We'll see how today goes.

I did my yoga. I kinda feel odd right now...my head feels strange and my tummy is odd. I dunno???

For lunch I had some left over lasagna, a piece of french bread and some Baked Lays chips-more than I should have-all washed down with a diet vanilla coke.

Believe it or not I made it all the way from lunch to a late dinner.
Dinner was an awesome Citrus Glazed chicken, make shift mac-n-cheese (cooked macaroni with velveeta melted in) fresh green beans sauteed in olive oil, salt, pepper and some of the citrus glaze, washed down with another diet vanilla coke.

I finally finished at least one bottle of water. I'm going to have some iced tea and I'm muching on a Hershey Bar. I believe I've done well today considering it's "that time of the month"

I can't figgin believe myself!! I actually worked out today!! AND for more than 15 minutes!! AND it wasn't yoga! I wanted to do it, I finally felt up to it and had the time. Usually when I feel like working out it's an inconvenient time. Like today, it was 4:30 in the afternoon. Usually at this time I'm thinking about what time I'm going to pick up daniel, which could be anywhere from 5-7! I'm also starting some dinner prep, depending on what we are having.

Speaking of dinner....I bought these stuffed acorn squash! They were so good. They were stuffed with sausage, the packaging didn't say there was any bread crumbs mixed in, but the sausage was so smooth! I thought it might be all hard and meatballish. I'll buy those again! With it we had some sirloin pork chops, steamed snow peas with some butter and kosher salt and some stove top.

I'm just now finishing up my 3rd water bottle for the day.

Feeling goooooood in the neighborhood!

snack: 1 oz colby jack cheese (1)
16 oz water
lunch: chicken with mayo, bread and butter chips made with splenda, onion, romain on a Lc tortilla, 1 oz colby-jack, claussin pickle, 5 olives (7)
snack: 3 sugar free wafer cookies (9)
Dinner:sucked...meatballs with a tomato, mushroom marinara, it was too thin. Steamed broccoli with butter and kosher salt and salad
finished second 16 oz water
sugar free jell-o with 2 tablespoons cool whip
My head hurts so bad i want to cry and go to sleep

I want a McDonalds breakfast so bad....
I am so weak about it right now.
I'm hungry, I had some cereal and toast with the kids but that was over 2 hours ago.
I was starving then, I'm hungry now.
The thing is, is that I am truly hungry.
Not like sometimes where I just want something.
There isn't much in the house.
*sigh* I dunno

I'm going to start this now and try to update as the day goes by. That way i don't forget.

Breakfast:large bowl of Lucky Charms. If I would have had a regular size there would have been an amount not even big enough for another person.

Alright, alright, ALRIGHT!!!! I'm postin already!! heheheh

lets see if I can remember all this.

Breakfast: 1 bowl of lucky charms with skim milk, then a bowl of lucky charms minus all but 4 marshmellows. (michael's left overs)
Did some yoga
Lunch: ham, swiss, romain, mayo, and whole wheat bread, some baked cracker thingys and an orange
snack: fun size twix
iced tea
snack:my husband,, does that count???
dinner: steak sandwich-steak-um style meatish things, provalone, onions and mushrooms, homemade chips dipped in ranch dressing and diet Dr. Pepper
snack:fun size kit-kat.
It's almost 10 now, I'm not sure if I'll snack on anything else tonight or not.
I know I need to put Michael's candy bowl away!! It's taunting me!

I'm very proud of myself today.

Around 4 i had a bag of oreos. Not a real bag of oreos! :> One of those little bag of minis with about 170 cals. I was craving chocolate. I have been for a few days. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, but i didn't eat the whole cupboard so that was good. Also Michael and his friend we driving me crazy. They were disagreeing and all that and it was at my nerve.

We wen to Bostons for dinner. I had a steak and cheese. It was pretty good. I didn't eat the fries, they were nasty. I just had a few. The sammie was more than enough.

When we got home aym and I went for a walk around a couple of blocks.

I'm feeling real good. I think I drank 3 bottles of water.

Doing fairly well these days.

Today I had a bowl of Total with strawberries with 1% milk for breakfast.
Lunch was a quater pounder meal-eh, we have a little friend over today so we bought lunch
I just finished doing yoga. I've not had a whole lot of water yet. about 1 bottles worth.
I'm not sure what dinner is going to be yet...I want to make some pizza pasta-spiral pasta, s'getti sauce, sausage, shrooms, onion, chunks of pepperoni topped with cheese! Sounds yummy and fun.

I'll update what I do eat later.

I weighed myself this morning. I've gained back 6 lbs!! But then I went to the doc and there I only gained back 1!
I'm flippin starving all day!! I've been eating, drinking water and my stomach is still growling!!

I had a bowl of golden grams around 8:15 for breakfast.
I came home from the docs and had 2 turkey roll ups for second breakfast! *LOL* Which is a slice of turkey lunch meat and slice of provolone rolled up. Those taste so wonderful! No bread to take away from the taste of the cheese!

Later I had some Japanese noodles. They were sooooo good! They were hot and spicy and really thick. I had something else after that i think, but I don't remember.

I've had 2 bottles of water, and a little bit of iced tea. Oh yeah, I had some baked chips and salsa. Yummers.
I think I'm going to put some smoked sausage on the grill, with some fried brussel sprouts and pasta salad. I'm not crazy about the sausage but everyone else does.

I suck at this!!

I exercised yesterday. I'm sore today. I didn't do any exercise today, if I had gotten off my lazy butt and worked out I may not be sore now. But I'm a doof!
I'm not sure about my food, let me see if I can remember. It shouldn't be to hard because I didn't snack at all.
Breakfast was a large bowl of Golden Grams. I love those things!! I took a multivitamin today, i usually forget.
Lunch sucked. Nothing looked or sounded good, even though I was very hungry. I ate some macaroni salad and about 5 saltines with peanut butter and a diet rite.
Supper was spaghetti with Ragu meat sauce, onion bread and salad with romain, spinach, green pepper, cucumber, radish, croutons and ranch. I drank water. I had a small handful of grapes when making dinner.
I haven't had much water today, a bit of tea though. Still not much liquids.
Oh yeah, I bought a Twix when I was at the store and an oatmeal raisin cookie at parent orientation. I guess I did have a few snacks, just not like I usually do. :)
I'm a little hungry now, I'm not sure what I'll have. Maybe some baked tostitos and salsa. I dunno.
I haven't weighed in a while. I'm scared too. I go to the doc tomorrow so I'll find out then.

I've decided that I would like to lose 10 more lbs by Daniel's birthday. That is on September 13th. Thats about 6 weeks, which adverages to 1.5 pounds a week. That is SO doable!!!

So far today I had my fiber cereal with blue berries, splenda and a bit of milk. I'm dragging the kids out for a walk. They are lazyies. They need to get some movement in the day. Aym is mad at me for It but I really don't care.
I'm listening to Beds are Burning by Midnight Oil. I love that song....makes me wanna dance like the creepy looking guy that sings it! LOL
Hmmm. now Lips Like Sugar is playing....a feel good song. Makes me miss NC, and going to the *0's night there and the friends I had there.

We went for a 13 minute walk.
