Breakfast: boiled egg with kosher salt, a hunk of colby jack cheese and 2 slices of bacon
16 oz water, multi vitamin and a b vitamin

OMG I was so ill this morning! UGH!

I was hungry...but my tummy was still a bit unhappy so I had a couple pieces of toast with butter, then a handful of grapes. That helped quite a bit.

I'm craving something sweet-gah! I think if I ate something sweet my stomach would be upset again.

I ended up haveing a handful of chili lime pork rinds and a peanut butter bar. 20 oz water

Dinner was this thing with chicken, mushrooms and a ranch topping---sooooo goooood!!! Steamed broccoli topped with a bit of butter, salt and grated parmesean chhese and a spipnach salad topped with ranch washed down with a diet rite.

My neck is stiff again and it stresses me out. Then I get all funky feeling in my head. I hate it.

I had a scoop or two of LC mint chocolate chip icecream.
Drank all the water for the day.
